Tracking your WaterGuru Orders

Orders placed with WaterGuru ship within a day when the product is available. You’ll receive emails about the status of your order. Orders are sent through various carriers and can only be sent to addresses in the continental US (lower 48 states).

In most cases, your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you an order confirmation email, then another email when it ships that has your delivery service information and tracking number.

If part of your order isn’t available for immediate shipment, your order will not ship until all items are available. Some chemicals are incompatible with each other and we will separate those orders automatically.

  • WaterGuru chemical orders will ship UPS ground
  • You can choose a shipping method during checkout
  • Currently, we ship in the USA only

We’ll send you an order confirmation email, then an email upon shipment that has your delivery tracking number.

Search your inbox for an email from orders@waterguru.com with the subject “Your WaterGuru order.” You may also have to search your junk mail or spam folder.

Once you place an order, you have a short time to cancel or make changes to the order. Please call the Support Center to cancel your order. This is because we send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

  • Chemicals are hazardous materials and can not be shipped easily. We recommend that you dispose of any chemicals in accordance with the local regulations.
  • You can contact WaterGuru Support for refunds on any orders that do not involve chemicals.
